CHALLENGES OF AI BASED LEARNING AND
DEVELOPMENT
While its advantages, AI based
L&D also poses some challenges:

Data
Privacy and Ethical Concerns: AI collects enormous amounts of employees' data
in an attempt to offer personalized learning to all employees. Organizations
must implement robust data security policies such that they comply with ethical
as well as legislative standards (Armstrong, 2011).

AI
Algorithm Bias: AI algorithms can unconsciously generate bias in the sense that
they are trained on biased data sets. Companies will need to keep an eye on and
